A credit card or groupon number (the number under the barcode)  is required to hold your appointment, and will be charged only for a missed appointment or an appointment that was changed without
a 24 hour notice. If someone was found to fill your appointment, your card will
not be charged.  If you have bought a package of massage sessions through myself
or bought a package through social media like Groupon or Living Social, and fail
to give notice or miss an apppointment, then one of the sessions will be forfeited. By receiving a treatment or massage, you accept the policies, located on one of the tabs above.
  
  I am a CA state certified massage therapist working as an independent contractor within the Studio Salons building.  The address is 9010 Fairway Drive, Roseville, CA 95678. Studio #123. Please do not knock on the door as I may be with a client, and will greet you at your scheduled time.

If you are a Groupon client, please be aware that I will get back to you if not in service with a client, and that when the Groupon first starts and when it's about to expire is the busiest time. I will always try to accomodate a last minute appointment if possible, however, most appointments will have a wait time of 2 weeks before I can get you in.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork and for your consultation. THE GROUPON SPECIALS ARE FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY.
