Allow a few days after deep tissue for some soreness and also make sure to hydrate before massage and especially after to flush out the toxins.
Deep Tissue Massage is great for specific areas and for those with chronic tension. Many clients need several sessions to address an issue, while others may not. Results may vary per person.
