Who doesn't like massage, let alone when you're so tired to tie your own shoes. Let me help you unwind and relax for the session we have together. This is your time, 100% all about you. Pregnancy massage has options and is tailored to fit you. Depending on your stage in pregancy, massage is good in the prone position (face down), supine position (face up), or side-lying position. The use of several pillows and bolsters to alleviate the common discomforts women face can take some pressure off you.
When in doubt regarding your ability to receive a massage during pregancy, consult your doctor.. always a sure-fire way to ease your "what ifs" and other concerns you may have.
Women who are pregnant and are under the age of 18 or over 35, who have had complications in previous pregnancies, one or more consecutive miscarriages, multiple gestation (twins, triplets, etc), have diaebtes mellitus, cardiac and renal disease or disorders, connective tissue disorders, liver disease or disorders, uterine abnormalities, RH- negative mother or genetic problems, fetal genetic disorders or drug or hazardous material exposure should bring in a signed doctors note before receiving a massage.This doesn't cover all things related to pregnancy requiring a doctors note, consult your doctor for any questions. High risk pregnancies require a doctor's note.
